Four Corner Home (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.fourcornerhome.com and our affiliated websites (collectively, the “Websites”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Websites, and by using them you (“you” or “the User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. We may revise these Terms at any time at our sole discretion, so please check this page from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continuing to use the Websites after a revision is posted means you accept the updated Terms. If any part of these Terms is unacceptable to you, please do not use the Websites.
The Websites offer a free marketing and referral service for homeowners and other consumers seeking home services (for example, gutter, roofing, and foundation work). We pass your request to independent third-party home service professionals, and to partner networks, lead marketplaces, and marketing companies that match consumers with such professionals or promote related home-service offers — so the party that contacts you may be a contractor, or a company working with contractors. We are not a contractor, and we do not ourselves perform, supervise, or guarantee any home services. A referral is not an endorsement: we make no representations or warranties about any service professional or network, including their quality, licensing, insurance, or suitability, and we encourage you to do your own research before hiring anyone. Any estimate, contract, warranty, or workmanship is strictly between you and the professional you choose.
Submitting a quote, estimate, or contact request through the Websites is a request to be connected with home service providers. The details you provide (such as your name, address, email, phone number, and project information) may be shared with, or sold to, one or more third-party home service professionals, lead marketplaces, partner networks, and marketing companies so that they can reach you about your project and related home-service offers.
When you submit a form containing your contact information, you give your express written consent for us and our third-party partners to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided regarding your service request and related offers — by telephone calls, text (SMS) messages, and emails, including calls or texts placed using an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded/artificial voice. Message and data rates may apply, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase. To stop further contact from a given party, follow that party’s opt-out instructions (for example, reply “STOP” to a text or ask to be removed during a call). Do not submit a quote request if you do not want your information shared in this way. An opt-out stops future sales and sharing, but it does not recall information already provided to partners before the opt-out took effect.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our organization — including our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents — from any and all liabilities, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ and accounting fees), damages, and claims arising from your use of the Websites or their content, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with any service professional. We may, at your expense, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you owe us indemnification, and you agree to cooperate in that defense.
Under no circumstances shall the owners or operators of the Websites, any affiliated entities, or any third parties referenced herein be liable for damages of any kind arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the Websites or any linked websites — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or damages relating to services performed (or not performed) by a service professional to whom you are referred. This holds true regardless of the legal theory on which a claim rests — contract, tort, warranty, or otherwise — and even if we have been advised that such damages were possible.
Links to external websites outside our control may appear on the Websites purely for your convenience. They are not endorsements, we are not responsible for the content of those sites, and if you follow them, you do so at your own risk.
Violating these Terms or applicable law may result in your access to the Websites being restricted or terminated, and any breach immediately ends your authorization to use the Websites and their content. We operate the Websites from the United States and make no representation that their content is appropriate or available for use elsewhere; if you access the Websites from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with your local laws. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and you agree that the courts located in the State of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the Websites.
Should a court of competent jurisdiction find any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Our failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms does not waive it, and no waiver of any term is a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other.
